SHOOT COORDINATION
O'NEILL / FCSCoordinating photo and video shoots for O’Neill and FCS involved end-to-end production planning – balancing creative vision with practical logistics to deliver high-impact content across campaign, product, and digital channels.
These shoots supported seasonal launches, ensuring assets were visually aligned, on-brand, and ready for use across print, digital, and e-commerce platforms.
Key responsibilities included:
Strategically defining the creative direction for each shoot
Developing detailed briefs with mood boards and deliverables
Scouting and securing shoot locations
Organising models, athletes, photographers, and videographers
Managing timelines and working within budget constraints
